We are pleased to say that we will be holding a stand at this year’s Transition Event in association with Progress Magazine taking place on Thursday 22nd May in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity for young people with additional needs and their families, friends and carers to explore all aspects regarding their move into adulthood.

This is a one day exhibition, with a conference of specialists scheduled during the day to give talks on relevant issues, as well as workshops for you to also be a part of. There will be an array of exhibition stands containing information on offer, in areas such as education, support, mobility, employment and housing – so get involved and find out as much as you can!
